Welcome to Oasis Dive Center. By accessing our website and booking our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. Health and Safety Requirements

Scuba diving is a physical activity that requires a certain level of health and fitness. By booking a dive, you confirm that you are medically fit to dive. You may be required to fill out a medical questionnaire before participating. Our instructors reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who appears intoxicated, medically unfit, or poses a safety risk to themselves or others.

2. Booking and Cancellation

• Bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of a deposit or full payment, unless stated otherwise.
• Cancellations made up to 24 hours before the tour departure will receive a full refund.
• No-shows or cancellations within 24 hours of the tour are non-refundable.
• Oasis Dive Center reserves the right to cancel or alter tours due to bad weather or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, a full refund or alternative date will be offered.

3. Liability

While we strictly adhere to all international diving safety standards, scuba diving involves inherent risks. Oasis Dive Center, its staff, and its vessel shall not be held liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property during the tour, except in cases of proven gross negligence.

4. Marine Environment Protection

We enforce a strict "no touch, no take" policy. Guests are prohibited from touching corals, harassing marine life, or littering in the ocean. Violators may be banned from further diving activities without a refund.

5. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Antalya.
